Quality support, especially during the initial implementation, is
vital since new speech recognition users must have a positive
experience right from the start. Many of the short term
issues that could possibly occur will be anticipated before
starting because of PCA's experience and our communication
skills. Each installation is unique, and challenges may
occur.
For long-term technical support PCA provides the
traditional avenues of telephone and email. Additionally,
remote access with appropriate controls is available upon
authorization. Support will also include a password
protected web site that will contain information about your
speech recognition implementation.
Rates will be
provided on PCA quotes on a ($/user/year) basis with sites
providing two points of contact. The nature of speech
recognition support does not usually require 24/7 capacity.
However, contracts with that availability can be requested.
