PCA can provide online meeting capabilities to as many as 10 different sites simultaneously.  Appointments need to be scheduled in advance with PCA by calling or emailing us.  Attendees will be provided with meeting information that includes login and conference phone number as needed.  PCA uses GoToMeeting, a very easy to operate collaboration and secure software solution from Citrix.

Meeting Attendee System Requirements:

	Java-enabled Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
	GoToMeeting initiates one or more outbound, SSL-protected TCP connections with the GoToMeeting service, using ports that are already open in most firewalls and proxies (ports 8200, 443. and/or 80). Whichever connection responds first is used, and the others are dropped. It thus provides a high degree of compatibility with your existing network security.
